Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your garments reach you safely and on time. Please note, shipping delays due to external factors such as weather or logistics issues are beyond our control.​
 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Texora, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact. We do not accept returns for size-related issues unless there's a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and product images. Once approved, we will guide you through the process.
